The Baby Borrowers

We spent the holiday weekend in Atlanta.  It was great to be back.  We got to hear some music at Eddies Attic and watch fireworks on the square in Decatur.  There were lots of good meals at our favorite spots (Thumbs Up, the Flying Biscuit, Einsteins) and even some dowtown early AM running.

But, making the baby rounds was the best part of the trip.  We were able to spend a little time with all three of the girls.  Lily and Caroline are home from the NICU and doing well.  Gaining weight and making lots of "ohhh" faces (apparently a sign of brain development).  Miss Bella is growing like a very cute weed.  She's already been out on the town a number of times and she's a trooper.  We got to cuddle and snuggle and feed and burp to our hearts content.

Here are some fun pictures from the weekend:

This is one of my favorite shots.  I love it!  The two of them really taking a good look.  Soaking each other in.  Introducing themselves.

This one shows Lily in the foreground and Caroline (with one of her mommies) in the background.

Hi!
B really wants to wear a tux, so we are going to rent one. Since we live in NY and are getting married in CA, we had to find a tux place that would allow her to get measured and pick out the patterns/colors here in NY and then pick up the tux in CA. So, our choice is the Men's Wearhouse. I don't really like the idea of using a big chain store, but it's the only thing that will work for us. All the local tux places we contacted want the tux back in a couple of days.

The Men's Wearhouse also said they will measure and fit the suit for a woman. I am a little nervous about it and I may stop in again soon and ask once more about fitting a woman.

Sorry I don't have any recommendations on a suit. B gets her dress pants at Target - the Merona brand, and they surprisingly fit really nicely. We haven't tried on their jackets though - which is the toughest part for her b/c she is really small on top.

Good luck!
